Rogoznica

Rogoznica, a former fishermen‘s village, turned into a really beautiful place for tourists during the last few years. It is a great location for families, couples and singles for spending a great holiday. Rogoznica is very popular for sailors who can use the little bay between Primosten and Trogir for their favorite sport. It‘s possible there to brave the storm and it‘s a great place to anchor as well.

Rogoznica is located on Kopara, a small Island which is connected with the mainland by a dyke which is approximately 500 meters long.

The most important points of interest are of course the beautiful landscape, the still original coasts, the „Zmajevo oko“ (Lake of the dragons eye) as well as Marina Frapa, possibly the most important place for sailors to go.

In the neighborhood of Rogoznica there are villages like Razanj, Kanica, Zatoglav and Lozica which also come up with different places of interest.

Rogoznica is situated between Sibenik and Trogir, two bigger villages, and can be reached easily over Jadranska Magistrala. This street leads along the coast and therefore the journey to Rogoznica is already a highlight.

Rogoznica in Croatia offers many possibilities for accommodation in different categories, such as apartments, holiday homes or holiday flats for rent. In many cases the renting takes place by private people, which makes the trip cheaper.
