Summer House is a stand-alone house located on the slopes of the picturesque village of Selca on Brac, Croatia. There is a view on the village on one side and views to the sea on the other.

It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house which was completely renovated in 2004.

This charming holiday house can accommodate 6 to 8 people comfortably. In front of the house there is a spacious terrace with 70 m² containing a big outside fireplace, there is also a big garden with approx. 500 m².
The ground floor contains a kitchen, dining room, sitting room area, 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom (with bath tub) and 1 en suite bathroom (with shower unit).

There are 5 parking spaces available.

The house is fully equipped with all you might need and the interior and grounds have been arranged tastefully.
