Villa No.463 is located about 1 km from the center of Supetar on the Isle of Brac in a beautiful bay. You can find the Villa on a ranch with a size of 2.000 m², covered with olive orchards and vineyards, Mediterranean plants and organically farmed fruits and vegetables for guests as well.

This traditional Dalmatian stone house at the sea is close to the coastal road which is leading through pinewoods and olive streets. Nearby is a recreation area with footways and trails. The villa is offering peace and silence. It‘s possible to hear the waves, birds and crickets in the pinewoods.

All rooms are on the same level. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living and a dining room and a big terrace with a size of 50 m².

A whirlpool with a size of 4,5 m², a small playground, a swing and a sun deck, all of them in the backyard, can also be used by the guests.

There are a lot of restaurants in Supetar and the surroundings, Dalmatian taverns and a ranch which is about 500 m away from the villa.
