Villa Mir Vami - Sumartin Island Brac - House of Brac

The luxury villa Mir Vami, is in the nice Croatian holiday place Sumartin on the island Brac which has lain in the eastern part. It is a modern and comfortable summer cottage with place for 8-10 people. The place is liked with vacationers very much, because here are numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. To the beach with his crystal clear water these are of our villa only ten walking minutes. Also the big harbour of the town in which tourist yachts as well as fishing boats lie is an attraction.

The whole living space of the house which is rented only as a unity amounts to 150 m², a big garden of 450 m² size belongs to it. Guests can use, in addition, the pool with 25 m² as well as the big, nice solar terrace on which the evenings can be spent fully of pleasure in the grill.

The villa is provided with all comfort to form the vacation on our nice island Brac so pleasantly to you as possible.
They find in your kitchen an oven as well as a microwave, a fridge as well as a dishwasher. Besides is the villa with an air-conditioning, Tv-Sat, Internet access and all necessary devices (hairdrier, iron, washing machine, DVD player and HiFi stereo). Besides, the style of the villa was considered with the furnishings as well as with the floors, the design is moulder and still comfortably.

In the ground floor of the house there is a generous open area with kitchen and eating place as well as the sitting room. Also in the ground floor there are three bedrooms with matching baths.
The fourth bedroom (mini-suite) of the house is in the upper floor, is is suitable for up to 4 people and of course also with matching bathroom.
If requested a baby bed is also available for our smallest guests.
