The holidays villas Sunk are on the land, in a small village called Burici. Burici is removed only 17 km from the next city, Rovinj Istria. It concerns, on this occasion, two pretty and excluding country houses (construction year 2004) with swimming pool. They carry the names "Domagoj" and "Miriam".

The first house which carries the names Domagoj is suitable approx. 110m² and for 4 persons (+ sleeping possibility in the sitting room). There is of a ground floor and an upper floor. In the 1-st upper floor two bedrooms are with double bed and with in each case own baths. Then in the 2-nd upper floor one more bedroom is with double bed and bath, a sitting room with sleeping possibility and a cooking corner. A roofed terrace belongs to the house, a grill place, an oven from stone and a small small house with open chimney sit to the comfortable Together.
They have a parking bay and still a park possibility before the house. A swimming pool (8x4) with outside shower stands to you at the possession; nevertheless, this is used together with the guests from the house of "Domagoj".
